About Us

Steven has a long history in the IT industry starting from Secondary College assisting with the day to day procedures. After finishing his VCE, Steven has had many different roles in IT starting out as second level Tech-Support. After finishing his MCP, MCSA and specialised certifications, Steven quickly moved from the support role to Systems Administrator looking after Windows based networks and Hyper-V virtualisations. Further advancing his career, he decided to move to a specialist company that worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM where he was the Senior Systems Consultant that also deployed and integrated the customised software.

After leaving that position Steven decided to go back to a small to medium size business where the challenges were far greater. This is where he met Adrian Pronczak who shared the same methodology in how businesses should be looked after in relation to their IT needs.

Starting out as a Tech-Support Consultant for a small ISP Adrian has had a passion for IT his whole life. He quickly developed an interest in high-level systems and networking administration that was further developed by exposure to enterprise-grade Cisco networking hardware as well as cutting-edge VMware-based virtualisation systems. Moving on to an in-house systems administration position with an international software development company allowed him to gain valuable experience in administering Windows-based corporate networks  while bringing efficiency benefits with his knowledge of server virtualisation. From there, Adrian decided to get back to his customer-focussed roots and spent time working with a small managed IT provider, giving him additional insight into the challenges faced by the small and medium business sector. It was at this point that he met Steven Woloshenko and they shared the thought that there had to be a better way of looking after the needs of these companies. IntelliNet Solutions was formed through their partnership and they haven’t looked back.
